sold in 7 days !!! VENDOR FEEDBACK : Dear Jimmy, I would like to pass on my appreciation for the wonderful job you did selling my property in the Galleries recently. In these time on uncertainty I was very concerned if this was going to be possible but you not only did you achieve my selling price but achieved the desired outcome within a week of placing the property on the market. I would also like to thank you for obtaining a professional valuation on the property prior to putting it on the market. This gave me the opportunity of gauging what the true value of the property was rather than an unrealistic dream which would have waisted both our time and money. Once again a very big thank you for handling the tenant in a dignified and professional manner at a sensitive time. Obviously with her having a lease in place and not being able to give her the required notification, this could have be problematic to achieving the terms of settlement requested by the purchaser (vacant possession on settlement). You managed to find the tenant a new property to rent which was acceptable to herself and minimal compensation cost to myself. An absolutely outstanding job which I am so appreciative of. The maintenance issues where always handled in a timely manner and always with minimal cost. The rent has always been collected and deposited without delay.
