GREAT NEWS FOR YOU - All you need to do to commit to an allotment is to put 10% deposit - then NOTHING MORE TO PAY TIL September 2025! No repayments, no council rates, nothing til you settle in September 2025! Your deposit is safe and secure in the solicitors trust account and incase the development doesn't go ahead - you'll get your deposit refunded. Now some people we have sold land to intend on building a there's no time frame to build so you can keep for 12 months or 20+ years - you'll never have to build.
