Speaking of footy when everyone comes around for Grand Final day I reckon it's vital to have a big modern kitchen opening onto the living areas with easy access to a big, well made covered decking. If that decking also has a built in barbie the size of a commercial kitchen then wrap me in bacon, I'm in heaven. Let's not forget polished floor boards through out the living areas, cordial, Weetbix and tinned spaghetti makes a heck of a mess on carpet and who's got time for that? I know I am probably pushing it but if that house is also in a quiet street and just a short walk to the local primary school and only a minutes drive from the local shops then I would almost have to say that would be a perfect house. But that's just dreaming right? It's not, it's right here and waiting for you to take a look and be impressed. So grab a phone and call me today for more information
