Let me start this ad with a big disclosure. I've got kids, three to be exact. I know kids, I have been around them as they grow up and I have seen firsthand what works in a family home and what doesn't. I know, without a shadow of a doubt, that one of the big things you need when raising children is an ensuite bathroom, I mean those little tackers can be messy and there is no way Im sharing a bathroom with people who can't pick up their wet towels, that's no way to start a morning. Next you need some open living zones because if you don't keep an eye on the little darlings a quiet playtime can quickly escalate into World War 3 or worse one of them ends up painted head to toe in texta. Two living areas are also essential because I don't know about you but I am simply not watching Peppa Pig when the footy is on. Speaking of footy when everyone comes around for Grand Final day I reckon it's vital to have a big modern kitchen opening onto the living areas with easy access to a big, well made covered decking. If that decking also has a built in barbie the size of a commercial kitchen then wrap me in bacon, I'm in heaven. Let's not forget polished floor boards through out the living areas, cordial, Weetbix and tinned spaghetti makes a heck of a mess on carpet and who's got time for that? I know I am probably pushing it but if that house is also in a quiet street and just a short walk to the local primary school and only a minutes drive from the local shops then I would almost have to say that would be a perfect house.
