Yes, you'll have to do some work here, but not too much hopefully. The "bones" are good, concrete stumps, aluminium windows, tiled roof, handy covered outside entertaining area, double garage and a good size block. But it will need some paint, floorcoverings and window furnishings and it is only minutes from the IGA supermarket and Seymour College. So if you are handy with the hammer or beaut with a brush here's an opportunity to mould a property to your personal taste. More photos upon request.
