The Complex is mostly occupied by private respectful Owners, (Theyre lovely, and I shall miss so many of them), however although I have stayed there, mostly My Property has been rented, so there is some evidence, like in the Carpets, however, is it squeaky clean, I assure you. As for the tiles in the Kitchen-Dining, for that I have some quite expensive Ceramic Tiles for the area which have not been laid in consideration they may not be suitable to your taste. If you want, youre welcome. (I thought of recarpeting also, again, my choice may not be yours. Some Owners have laid Timber Flooring, Carpeted or Sealed their Garage Floor, all of which looks really lovely. There a couple of more jobs to be done but they should be finished within the next day or so. Thank you, Phone enquiry code for this property : 4658
