He's the best agent I've ever dealt with. There's no contest! Reuben is passionate & appears to be a man internally driven by a set of strong values he sets for himself. Therefore, I am confident regardless of whether my property sits on the lower or higher end; Reuben will apply the same level of commitment, passion & energy to the job. I must admit that it was quite stressful throughout the campaign solely because of the implications of pandemic, in fact after our 3rd open house, further open inspections were illegal. Reubens sound knowledge base of local market, his understanding of market forces, his meticulous follow up & building up relationships with buyers, his multi-lingual skills which gives him that critical edge to reach many more buyers than his competitors, his patience, creativity, awesome negotiation skills & ability to understand and work with both purchasers & vendors counts for everything especially at this point in time.
