WHAT THE OWNER’S HAVE LOVED ABOUT THEIR FAMILY HOME We have always loved the warmth and happiness our family home offered. We are extremely blessed to have so many wonderful childhood memories here. Our family home has always been a welcoming place. Everyone always felt welcome - it’s that sort of house. Our home offered the most amazing feeling of uniqueness with views across the rear of the house that are absolutely stunning in a green corridor all the way down to the lagoon and out to sea in any weather at any time of day. Many early morning cuppas were had by mum and dad, either watching the windsurfers or watching the whales, or the surf off Long Reef. We particularly loved watching the moon on the ocean at night time. We have great childhood memories of the southerly arriving after a lazy hot day at the beach in summer and sitting with a cool drink downstairs and a BBQ with family and friends. The big flat backyard was perfect for that cricket game or a kick around with the ball with the kids and grandchildren, especially at Christmas time. We always loved the separate living areas which allowed us to be comfortable and if needed, to be alone in a sunny room with a view for reflection and contemplation. We also enjoyed sitting in front of the open fireplace in the lounge room at winter time watching TV. Our dad used the underneath rooms spending many hours in his man cave repairing and making things to keep the home looking great and functioning and it also became mums jam storage area and place where we always had the room to store furniture etc. Narraweena is a lovely suburb to grow up in with proximity to fantastic schools, shopping, entertainment and work opportunities and excellent public transport right outside our front door to the city and suburbs. We were also very fortunate in that we always had warm and friendly neighbours to this day. When it was time to leave home as adults we still always loved coming back here to visit our parents. It has been a true happy family home and we are sure that the next owners will love living here as much as the whole of our family have. - Virginia & Allison
