Agent Description

Absolutely everything has been done and there is nothing to spend. There has been so much thought gone into this home, I don't know where to begin! The outside of this beautiful home has had cladding that is insulated all around the house which will help tremendously with the heating and cooling of the home. There has been a lot of thought gone into the plants out the front, is that they are drought tolerant and have survived our current drought. On the front two windows of this home, there are electric block out blinds which are great for security but the best thing about them is they turn day into the night so if you have a little one that you like to get to bed early, here is your answer! Inside it is welcoming and larger than you would have expected. The 3 bedrooms are very big, the smallest would easily fit a queen-sized bed and additional furniture. 2 of the bedrooms have ceiling fans. The Master bedroom has both a ceiling fan and a split system ensuring the temperature is always right. The built-in robes feature 2 large hanging spaces with large storage cupboards above and 12 smaller cupboards in the middle which is perfect for T-shirts, underwear, and other items that take up small spaces. It's one of the smartest robes I've seen in a long time! The living area is open plan and large. The lounge consists of a sizable room with oodles of space for furniture, nestled in the side is a study nook which is cleverly screened off when not in use and the screens are an added feature. There is a big split system for heating and cooling plus a bayonet for the natural gas and a panel to take the edge off in the cooler months. Dining is a dream with a room that is open to the lounge and is roomy enough for the family. The best part of the living area is the kitchen! The kitchen is the most beautiful teal colour. It has been put together by a woman who loves her kitchen so there are a lot of features that are fantastic. The stove is 100% natural gas and has a separate grill which is unheard of these days. It also has a glass cover giving you extra bench space if you need it, but I can't see you needing it because there is so much of bench space. Most of the storage is drawers and this makes cooking a dream because everything is at your fingertips and easy to get at. There is a large pantry that also has pull-out storage giving you even more space. Above the stove is a glass range hood. The sink features a double filtered water tap and a normal tap that has a detachable head for ease of cleaning. There is plenty of room for a double fridge, this is truly a family home. Cleaning is helped but the dishwasher, no home should be without one. There are two bathrooms in this home, the main bathroom is close to all 3 bedrooms and has a nice deep bath with shower and new vanity and WC. The second bathroom is closer to the back of the house and is great to rinse yourself off after a big day in the garden before entering the main part of the house. It has a very large shower which would also be perfect for someone with disabilities and plenty of room in it for a chair. The laundry is well thought out and has a large bench area for folding and the storage solution in this room is cubes. Out the back door is a very large entertainment area that has mesh screens for summer, keeping the area cool along with the 2 fans that create a breeze, if you don't have one. In winter there are café blinds that will keep the cold out and to assist them there is an electric heater. There is plenty of room for all of your outdoor furniture and BBQ and to top that off there is storage and bench for food preparation. There is also a ramp going to the back door. For the man of the house, there is a double shed (lengthwise) that has a bench running around 3 sides of the back of it and shelves above on one side. A mezzanine in the roof takes care of storage and there is more than enough room for the other tools like table saws and bench drills. A greenhouse enables you to grow whatever you want and this one is very special as it has an adjustable roof which lets you control the light. I bet you are thinking, "what do you do for water in drought times?" well there are 2 x 22,400-litre water tanks that can help you with that question! For all of your vehicles, there is a double carport and for your caravan, there is one for that too! As a decadent feature, there is also a swim spa that you could enjoy in Summer and winter. Imagine the family get-togethers or romantic evenings? The yard is broken into 2 sections, there is the house yard which is roughly 1100 m2 and then there is the rear of the back yard which is an additional 940 m2. With Council approval, this could give you the ability to build a home on the back and have an income. This home has had everything taken care of so if you are in the market for something that you can just move into, look no further
