There is also a communal rooftop which you have full use of, that has a BBQ, tables, and incredible panoramic views of the city and all the way to the mountains over Abbotsford. There is wifi already connected throughout the whole building. It has a lift and downstairs in the building is a great café! The apartment has no air conditioning but it has a 7 star thermal rating, is double glazed, cross ventilated and has ceiling fans for summer cooling and excellent hydronic heating for winter. All function fantastically. This apartment is great as a home or investment. It currently rents out at an 80% occupancy rate through Airbnb, easily earning enough income to cover all mortgage/rates/bills plus extra to spare. Regretful sale but we need the equity for other ventures. Looking for a quick sale with settlement at the end of September/beginning of October. Price is firm and fair, contract of sale is ready and we are ready to sell to the first person to accept our offer of sale.
