We are selling a flat block of land (3000 sq2) in Tuross part of ‘The Snowies’ 30 minute drive from historical Cooma, the area is ideal for camping and fishing, only one hour from Jindabyne and two hours to Kosciuszko National Park. If you feel like adventure then you can drive to the Snowy Mountains, take the Kosciuszko Alpine Way for spectacular scenic mountain views between Jindabyne and Khancoban. Vast areas of the region are occupied by agricultural land, with a predominant focus on sheep and cattle farming.
