We joke that because we are such perfectionists, our home is perfection as well. The fact that we have been so particular with our home every day, makes our home just perfect for you too. We really believe this to be a once in a lifetime opportunity because you don’t have to do anything to improve upon perfection – all you need do is move in and enjoy your new life. We have put so much care and love into looking after our home and we think the manicured lawn and front garden give you a good hint as to the kind of owners we have been. We can honestly say that we are as happy here today as the day we moved in. We simply adore the generously sized 715m2 block of land. The elevated, flat block has a north-south facing aspect which delivers cooling breezes all summer long. It’s a friendly community where everyone waves and says hello to you. If you’re out and about early in the morning you’ll see so many young people, couples and families walking – it’s a lovely area to live. All our neighbours are proud and caring and they look after their homes so well. So not only do you have a good home, you will enjoy a quality neighbourhood too. The bedrooms are so spacious and private. We think you’ll appreciate that the master bedroom is so spacious and nicely tucked away to the left of the home. The large walk-in robe and large ensuite has a relaxing spa and a huge (I mean really huge) shower space offering double shower heads is a real treat. We haven’t forgotten the kids or guests with a large second, third and fourth bedroom with endless size and wardrobe space. The main bathroom is so smartly designed that you can enjoy a nice bath tub and plenty of space around. The large fourth bedroom can also be used for a study or home office, it offers you the tranquil front garden and street view so working from home can be so relaxing and enjoyable. Our favourite part of the home is the large open plan kitchen, dining and family area. We also have the formal lounge and dining area of course, but the family just adores being in the centre of things. It’s a great design, and we spend so much time here. If your family includes little children, or you just love to entertain, we think this layout is wonderful because you can cook and be included in the conversation at the same time. Nothing makes us happier than to catch glimpses of the picturesque garden view while we are cooking, eating or reading the papers on the couch. It truly is so relaxing. We also made sure that everything in the home is really practical. It’s no good having a beautiful home if you can’t ‘live’ there. There’s full fencing, a security system, a wide-open hallway, ducted vacuum, a garden shed and air conditioning – just some of the detailed finishings. Plus, one of our favourite features is the never-ending cupboard and storage space throughout the home – just place your unused items in the spaces, close and relax. We’ll miss the house itself and we have loved the location. It’s been so close to everything, and so convenient with the motorway nearby for trips to the Gold Coast, city and airport. We love the fact that it’s a short walk to family parks, bus stop and childcare. Jump in the car and it’s a few minutes’ drive to a choice of major shopping centres – Eight Mile Plains, Underwood and Garden City. And it’s within a 10-minute drive to the prestigious private schools John Paul College and Redeemer College. We think that when you come through 30 Grandview Street you will be able to tell that we truly have cared for this home.
