THIS IS WHAT THE OWNERS LOVE ABOUT THEIR APARTMENT & LOCATION Our apartment is a great place to live in so many ways. It is so handy to the beach - we love it and it encourages a healthy lifestyle - it is close to gyms and shops and amenities of Dee Why and bus transport to town. It is very convenient - across the road is The Grand Shopping centre with 2 supermarkets, fruit and vege shopping, meat and seafood stores and also a food hall, chemists and cafes etc. Dee Why hotel is very handy also for cheap and quick family meals. Work is a short three minute car ride to Narrabeen. We love having the heated pool and sauna in our complex (very handy on a cold winters day). The ground floor position of our unit is the most convenient for us as we have easy walking access to Sturdee Parade and Delmar Parade and the pool complex. Besides the two bathrooms one of the best things about our unit include its yard where we relax and BBQ or breakfast on weekends. Our neighbours are lovely and friendly and helpful.
