It’s a quiet block, almost all owner-occupied and everyone is friendly. The lounge living area is great for light as the sun bounces around the unit. The main bedroom has a very relaxing view into the trees. We enjoy regular sightings of a local kookaburra and water birds who fly in from the beach. The 2nd bedroom is also a great size and my daughter enjoyed the space whilst studying at Uni. We’ve loved being able to walk 10 min through a bush trail to the beach, cafes and restaurants. The local library and supermarkets are handy and parking is good in the area when we need to call in on the way home. There is also a great local store around the corner open late. We’ve enjoyed many bus rides to Manly and the city for weekend adventures as the bus stop is a 5 min walk from our door. Relaxing in the park at the end of the street is a bonus for unit dwelling and riding our bikes on the bike track. It’s about 15 min to Narrabeen lake.
