It gives access to all the facilities like pools, spa, licensed cafe etc. They maintain the area very well with roads and gardens and parks always kept in top condition. You are responsible for the small back yard and gardens immediately surrounding the unit but everything outside of that is taken care of. They don't allow dogs or cats anymore. It is fairly cosy.
