There are only 9 other units in our section and all of our neighbours are great. It is a security complex and also has internal access from our security parking. The complex itself is set over a double block so it has a nice wide double frontage with beautifully maintained tropical gardens surrounding the complex. It’s hard to believe there are 36 apartments in total in the complex with a high proportion being owner occupied. There is also plenty of visitor security parking for when our guests come over to say hi. All they do is intercom us and we remotely open the gate for them from inside our apartment. The cul-de-sac position means the street is very quiet with no through traffic and we walk to Warringah Mall, multiple cafes with Brookvale public school and day care centre just a block away. It’s even a good level walk to North Curl Curl beach if you are keen and the new B-Line city bus line now gives us non stop access to the city.
