This area is really interesting; if you don't need them as bedrooms, they can be re-purposed. The living area opens to a rear, shaded, timber deck, from which steps rise to a flag-stoned sunny terrace, and to a separate laundry. Seen enough? You want it, don't you..!? But wait, there's more... Back inside, head to the stairs. There's a hideaway study behind doors, and a short set of stairs to the master bedroom, bright, light, en-suite and walk-in-wardrobe. Another short staircase to another bedroom, with a ladder to an open attic, fabulous for kids or short guests. Walk around again. Make sure you've got it all...then head outside. There's a single garage...and under the front deck is garden shed heaven, storage for all your gear with easy access from the lawn. That's it... Walk down the street to the beach or head down a lane and you're in the heart of Avalon in 5 minutes! If you're church-y, there's one at the end of the road. There's two primary schools walk-able distance from the house, along with express city transport. This one will put a smile on your dial and wind in your sails, but be quick!
