I have thoroughly enjoyed being a part of the Riverbend Over 55’s Lifestyle Village in Ballina since April 2012. It is not going to be easy to say goodbye to my original owner who is moving to be closer to her immediate family after the loss of her partner. Because I have only had one owner in all of that time you will find me in first class condition throughout and not a cent to spend. I was purpose-built by my current owner with my own workshop/storeroom/man shed at the rear of a double tandem garage. My generous and covered back verandah overlooks my well-established gardens and a wonderful place to find relaxation, peace, and serenity. I am truly blessed with great friends and neighbours around me. I love the fact that I feel very safe and secure at all times and the village offers me numerous leisure facilities including the pool, indoor and outdoor bowls, a gym, table-tennis, billiards and much more. My grounds and lawns are well-maintained at all times and I have never had to pay rates or put the garbages out. I am handy to all amenities. I know that it will be easy for you to fall in love with me, so, don’t hesitate to come and see me for yourself.
