Olmo is a well-regarded and productive grazing property situated just 19 km from the cool climate regional city of Armidale. Lifestyle conveniences include mail delivery, a school bus service to the front gate and bitumen road frontage. This property (held in the family for 60 years) has benefited enormously from a long term commitment to regenerative management practices The property has been fenced into 38 paddocks to facilitate time-controlled rotational grazing. 15,000 native trees and shrubs have been planted and two old growth remnants fenced off to provide a mosaic of diverse habitat throughout the property, enhancing biodiversity, improving livestock production and providing significant shelter for livestock. Five farm dams have been fenced off and planted out, improving water quality for stock and offering a haven for native birds, mammals, beneficial insects and reptiles.
