Overview Thirty-four kilometres east of Geelong on the Bellarine Peninsula, Indented Head is a coastal suburb on the coast of Port Phillip. It is situated between Portarlington and St. Leonards. It is 105 kilometres from Melbourne and is a popular summer destination. According to the 2016 census, it had a population of 1,133.
