Approx. 120m from the boundary of these attractive 20 acres (8.12ha) is Watalgan State Forest and as it crosses Rosedale Road, you can walk across the road to access it.  Approx. 30 - 35 mins from Bundaberg, the block has two bitumen road frontages, one of which is a no-through road.

Yandaran is the nearest country town being approx. 10km away and has a primary school, general store with fuel and the hotel.  Alternatively, Rosedale which is approx. 16km has a pre to grade 12 school, hotel, general store with fuel, post office agency, garden centre & hardware. 

If you decided to build, children can catch the school bus on the boundary.  Mail is delivered 3 days a week and power runs along the boundary.  Rates are approx. $900.00 per year.
