Premier Gardens represents the most significant residential estate in this suburb and was also among the first completed in 1997. This residential estate spans a total land area of 112 hectares. Rural View consists of a neighbourhood centre, community facilities, a school, a retirement village, and several recreational spaces. History of Rural View In September 1999, Rural View was officially bounded and also got its official name. Since then, the population in the suburb has steadily increased, especially as there were new residential developments in the area.
