It also has a few neighbouring suburbs such as Ingleside, Mona Vale, Elanora Heights, and North Narrabeen.

Living in Warriewood Before its development, the suburb of Warriewood was a ‘wet’ part of the coast. This was typical of the suburbs in the northern beaches of Sydney. The rezoning of the area led to the development of various residential dwellings and infrastructure. More than 49% of the private homes in the suburb are separate houses, and the rest are semi-detached and apartments.

There are many commercial areas in Warriewood, and the main one is Warriewood Square, a medium-sized shopping centre. History of Warriewood The name of the suburb is derived from the Warriewood Estate that was established in 1906. Henry Halloran owned it, and he bought the property from the McPherson family.
