Living in Benaraby Benaraby is a lovely little town 20 km from Gladstone on the Bruce Highway where modern and old homes coexist. Most homes have a trampoline in the backyard, and the estate is close to a great local public school. It's a little community where everyone knows everyone.

Furthermore, it is a quiet setting with the occasional rooster crowing since there are no pubs, restaurants, or shopping nearby. For grocery, medical, daycare, bars, and the beach, one will need to go 15 minutes to Gladstone or Tannum Sands/Boyne Island. Also, there's not much traffic in this place since only the locals come here. In addition, Benaraby is near Awoonga Dam, where people fish, boat, and camp.

History of Benaraby Benaraby was originally an agricultural region. However, it has lately transformed into a residential neighbourhood for Gladstone, Boyne Island, and Tannum Sands personnel. This little town only had a population of 594 people, according to the 2006 census. Furthermore, Boyne River Provisional School started on July 12, 1886, and closed in November of that year. It reopened on August 24, 1903. On January 1, 1909, it was renamed Benaraby State School.
