It is also circled by different communities, particularly Luscombe, Wolffdene, Logan Village, Yarrabilba, Kairabah, Kingsholme, Tamborine, Tamborine Mountain, and Wongawallan. History of Cedar Creek The earliest settler in the area was Jessie Daniells, a European who formed a timbre mill within the expanse during the 1860s. In the past, farmers grew sugar cane and became one of their primary sources of income. Then, in the 1870s, David Veivers started dairy farming in the town. Also, during this decade, more developments were incorporated into the community, including the construction of both Wesleyan church (1871) and Cedar Creek Vested School (1874). Then in 1913, the Cedar Creek School Arts commenced its operations.
