His estate is so huge that it covers the expanse from Abbotsleigh Street to Arnold Street, stretching to Logan Road and Cavendish Road. The place was initially settled in 1865, and it focused on farming. Developments in the zone started in the 19th century, including the establishment of the Logan Road tramway, Holland Park State School, and The Holland Park Library, among others.
